Ocean freight pricing changes every week. Fuel surcharges, port congestion fees, currency rates, container availability — all move constantly. Forwarders who post a single rate on their website are either showing an outdated number or burying the real cost in surcharges later.
We'd rather give you one firm price that's actually accurate within 24 hours of your request, with every fee included upfront.
The carrier rate from your port of loading to your port of discharge. We work with Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd, MSC, CMA CGM, ZIM and more to find the best rate for your route.
If we pick up from your address in Canada, we factor in the trucking cost. If you drop off at Oakville, this is $0.
Loading, lashing, securing, container seal. Different for vehicles (RoRo or container) vs general cargo.
House Bill of Lading, CBSA export declaration (B13A where required), commercial invoice, packing list.
All-risk coverage you can add to protect against loss or damage in transit. Quoted separately so you can compare.

Payment methods: Credit card, Interac e-transfer, wire transfer. Quotes are shown in USD with the CAD equivalent alongside; charges are processed in CAD.
Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before cargo enters our warehouse. Once loaded into a container, only the carrier portion is non-refundable.
Quote validity: 7 days. Carrier rates can shift quickly, especially during peak season.
